Pico de Gallo / Fresh Salsa

Kay's Salsa 2 cups chopped tomatoes (we like Roma)                                          
2 jalapeno, seeded and deveined, finely minced
4 tsps minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
juice of 2 limes
1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced
Mix and place in airtight covered container in fridge at least overnight.  Salt and pepper to taste if you'd like.
